Themelina’s Rent – Rental Conditions

1. Rental Agreement: By renting a vehicle from Themelina’s Rent, the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this rental agreement.

2. Eligibility: a. The renter must be at least 21 years old. b. A valid driver’s license must be presented at the time of rental.

3. Reservation and Payment: a. Reservations can be made online or in person. b. Full payment is required at the time of vehicle pickup. c. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfer and cash.

4. Rental Period: a. The rental period begins at the time of vehicle pickup and ends at the agreed-upon return time. b. Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

5. Vehicle Use: a. The vehicle shall only be used by the designated driver(s) mentioned in the agreement. b. Use of the vehicle is limited to the geographic area specified in the rental agreement.

6. Insurance: a. The rental fee includes basic insurance coverage. b. Additional insurance options are available for purchase.

7. Fuel Policy: a. The vehicle should be returned with the same level of fuel as at the time of pickup. b. Fuel charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

8. Maintenance and Repairs: a. The renter is responsible for regular maintenance during the rental period. b. Themelina’s Rent covers the cost of repairs due to normal wear and tear.

9. Penalties and Fees: a. Late return fees apply for vehicles returned after the agreed-upon time. b. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for excessively dirty vehicles.

10. Cancellation Policy: a. Free cancellations can be made at least 2 weeks. b. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the reservation start time incur a fee equal to 40% of the total rental. c. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. Please note that for August The minimum days of rental is 1 week.

11. Vehicle Return: a. The vehicle must be returned to the agreed-upon location.

12. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Greek justice system.
